Shipping & Processing Time
📦 Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed.
🚀 Shipping Time:
Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (depending on your location).
Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select locations).
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹1499.
A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1499.
Express shipping charges vary based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.
Delivery Guidelines
Deliveries are made between 9 AM – 7 PM on business days.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt one or two re-deliveries.
In case of failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at support-cases@risserio.com.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with clear pictures for a replacement or refund.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
