You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
✅ The product must be in intact and original condition, as it was delivered.
✅ The product must not be used.
✅ The protective film should not be removed.
✅ The original Order ID and Invoice must be provided.
✅ The exchange will only be processed if the returned product clears our quality check.

These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and promotional limitations.
Once your returned item passes the quality check:
We will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
If the item fails the quality check, we will notify you and ship it back at your expense.
